The hall was filled with excitement and applause as the young actors brought the beloved characters to life. Months of hard work and dedication culminated in a spectacular show that captivated audiences of all ages. The vibrant costumes, energetic dance routines, and catchy songs created an atmosphere of pure joy and entertainment. View PostNUFC Partner School end of year celebration event As part of the day there were 3 awards handed out for pupils who deserved recognition within NUFC. I am really pleased to share that Arron Redhead, Layton Fortune and Riyad Kallas won the awards for GJHA. Speeches were given around why they had won an award before the pupils were presented with the awards in front of all the other partner schools today. Confidence award - Layton Fortune - For showing continued perseverance and confidence within his NUFC group over the past few months and to highlight to Layton himself that he can be positive, can do well when he applies himself and that he should take lots of pride and confidence in his day-to-day life. Commitment award - Arron Redhead - For improving his attendance over the academic year with the support of NUFC sessions, most notably for his improved attendance on Thursdays, going from never being in school Thursday AM from September-Xmas to only missing 2 or 3 Thursdays from January onwards. Outstanding Student Award - Riyad Kallas - For outstanding attitude and application during his NUFC intervention group and during Sport Leader training. It was highlighted that Riyad also acts as a role model around school with his general conduct and is now passing this attitude onto the younger age groups through becoming a sport leader and supporting on the Year 5 yard during break times. A fantastic celebration day for all involved!! Please feel to pass on some congrats and praise to the 3 award winning pupils. #gosforthjuniorhighacademy #gosforthgroup #creatingfutures #CreateYourFuture #ProudMoment #StudentAchievement
