View PostHappy May Day! As we welcome May, we're reminded of growth, renewal and looking ahead to the future. For our students, this is an especially important time as exam season approaches. Across our Trust and academies, we're encouraging everyone to look after their health and wellbeing – getting enough rest, eating well, staying active and taking moments to pause and breathe. Small, positive habits now can make a big difference, helping young people feel confident, resilient and ready to achieve their best. Exams are just one step on a much bigger journey. By supporting healthy minds and bodies today, we're helping to create strong, successful futures for tomorrow. View PostCreating Futures in Action! Year 6A have been diving into their geography learning, exploring coastal erosion and how caves, arches, stacks and stumps are formed. They confidently learned key vocabulary and definitions, building their very own coast glossary. To show their understanding, pupils got creative with PlayDoh models, then used a vocabulary bullseye to explain each process clearly to a partner – demonstrating teamwork, communication and deep thinking skills. The pupil who scored the most points was crowned the winner! A fantastic example of curiosity, collaboration and handson learning as we continue Creating Futures together. Well done, 6A! #CreatingFutures #GosforthJuniorHighAcademy #gosforthgroup #GeographyInAction #CoastalErosion #HandsOnLearning #BuildingKnowledge

We are so proud of our library monitor Alexandra who organised and ran this amazing fundraising event in memory of her Grandad. Massive thanks to all of the parents and students who donated books for the event and helped make it the success it is. We also must give a shout out to all of the other library monitors who helped support Alexandra on the day and thank you to the staff and students who came to buy.
