View PostHappy May Day! As we welcome May, we're reminded of growth, renewal and looking ahead to the future. For our students, this is an especially important time as exam season approaches. Across our Trust and academies, we're encouraging everyone to look after their health and wellbeing – getting enough rest, eating well, staying active and taking moments to pause and breathe. Small, positive habits now can make a big difference, helping young people feel confident, resilient and ready to achieve their best. Exams are just one step on a much bigger journey.
