Important Dates to Remember

Please note that there are six Teacher Training Days when the school will be closed to students. These are noted alongside the term dates below. The school is closed on all Bank Holidays.

Autumn term 2026

• Bank Holiday, school closed: Monday 31st August 2026
• Teacher Training Day (school closed to students): Tuesday 1st September 2026 
• Term starts: Wednesday 2nd September 2026 (School is open to Year 5, Year 7 and Year 9 students only)
• All students return to school on Thursday 3rd September
• Teacher Training Day (school closed to students): Monday 28th September 2026 
• Autumn Half Term: Monday 26th October 2026 to Friday 30th October 2026
• Teacher Training Day (school closed to students): Wednesday 2nd December 2026 
• Term ends: Friday 18th December 2026 (school closes for the holidays at 1.00 pm)

Spring term 2027

• Teacher Training Day (school closed to students): Monday 4th January 2027
• Term starts: Tuesday 5th January 2027 
• Teacher Training Day (school closed to students): Friday 12th February 2027
• Spring Half Term: Monday 15th February 2027 to Friday 19th February 2027
• Term ends: Thursday 25th March 2027 (school closes at normal time)
• Bank Holiday, school closed: Friday 26th March 2027
• Easter Holidays: Monday 29th March 2027 to Friday 9th April 2027

Summer term 2027

• Term starts: Monday 12th April 2027
• Bank Holiday, school closed: Monday 3rd April 2027
• Summer Half Term: Monday 31st May 2027 to Friday 4th June 2027
• Teacher Training Day (school closed to students): Friday 2nd July 2027
• Term ends: Friday 16th July 2027 (school closes at normal time)
• Summer Holidays: Monday 19th July 2027 to Wednesday 1st September 2027
