Weekly Round-Up - 17th May 2024

Year 6 have tried INCREDIBLY hard this week and have done what we asked of them… to try their best!

Now it’s off to the beach for a geography/reward trip!

Many students took advantage of the free bike service scheme this week. A big thank you to Ali for servicing and repairing numerous bikes! Due to high demand, Ali will be back before the end of the summer term to service even more bikes for our students who love riding their bikes to and from school.

In our Year 8 Computing Gifted and Talented session, we utilised Raspberry Pi camera modules and Microbit Edu microbits to create selfie stations. We wrote code in Python and used it to implement filters.

Morning Sports for Year 6 was enjoyed by around 100 pupils one morning this week in glorious sunshine!
