Using Apple Devices, Xbox or PlayStation to access Remote Learning

We are using Microsoft SharePoint to distribute our home learning videos. There are some compatibility issues when using SharePoint with Apple devices and so, to ensure that the videos will play correctly, students should ideally use a Windows device.

If you are using an Apple device such as an iPad and find that the videos do not play, you will need to download the Microsoft Edge browser, which is available free from the App Store and use this to access Frog, rather than Safari. This will resolve the issue of videos not playing.

One way to access the videos which might prove helpful, if you do not have access to a Windows or Android device, or are trying to access the work on a phone, is to try is try using an Xbox or PlayStation, if you have one of these available.
